Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
Final cleaning: For apartments of the type "Hόhnerspiel" and "Dolomites," final cleaning costs 49; for all other apartments, it costs 42. If only two persons occupy the "Gitschberg," "Feldspitz,", "Schlern," "Rosengarten," or "Langkofel" apartments, you will be given a 20% price discount on the overnight rate (except during the "violet" tourist season.)

Guests who arrange for their meals themselves or who have reserved a stay with breakfast, only, are welcome to reserve additional meals, upon request.

A Few Remarks in Fine Print:
- Online-Reservations possible!
- Booking: Your reservation will be considered binding if you transfer the advance payment to the amount of 300.oo (free of bank charges for the recipient).
- The advance payment is non-refundable - even if you cancel your reservations more than 30 days in advance. However, when canceling more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, the advance payment can still be credited to your account for 1 year.
- In the event of cancellations less than 30 days prior to the appointed day of arrival, 80% of the invoice price will be retained.
- In the event of late arrival or premature departure, you will be billed in full for the apartment as reserved.
- Guests are liable if they do not use (in full or in part) the reserved apartment/room (due to cancellation, "no show," delayed arrival, or premature departure.) Guests remain legally obliged to pay the charges for the agreed-upon services - regardless of the reason for their not making use of these services. This is not compensation for damages, but rather a claim for performance - which is frequently not understood. The international and generally-recognized terms and conditions for cancellation of the Italian Association of Hotel Operators apply. Legal disputes will be settled in Bozen/Bolzano.
- The word "cancellation" doesn't sound very nice, and it's usually a bother for everyone concerned. It's too bad when other potential guests are turned away and then the apartments go unused. On the other hand, we understand that unexpected difficulties can sometimes occur. That's why we recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance. With the HGV Travel Cancellation Protection (travel cancellation insurance, available online,) you're on the safe side.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, the dining room, and the lobby.
- On the day of your departure, please vacate your apartment by 9:00 a.m. However, you are free to use the holiday facilities for the remainder of the day.
- Your apartment will be ready for you to occupy beginning at 4:00 p.m.
- For organizational reasons, we request that you pay for your apartment within four days of your arrival.
- In the case of short stays of fewer than four days, you will be billed a 4% surcharge.
