Nordic walking trains the whole body and can be enjoyed on 16 trails in Maranza and its surroundings. Nordic walking was originally developed for professional athletes and is now very popular amongst old and young, because it sooths the joints and can be done without major knowledge or stamina.

Forest Trail - Maranza
Walk along the Loben and Möser path mainly through the forest with Picea Abies and spruce trees. The trail impresses due to its quiet location and the breathtaking view of Maranza on the last third of the trail.
Fane Pasture Trail - Valles
The idyllic Fane Pasture is located in a vast basin above the Valles Valley and amidst splendid mountain scenery. The trail leads from Valles to the end of the valley. At the beginning it leads along Valles River up to Ochsensprung, to Fane Pasture, to Stinalm Pasture and back to the valley.
Rodengo Pasture “Alm” Trail
The Rodengo Pasture "Alm" trail leads you to a number of very beautiful places, passing various local plants and natural moors along the way. You will be enchanted by the 360° panoramic views! Over lush alpine meadows and along breathtaking paths, you return to your starting point.
Altafossa Trail
The meandering-running river accompanies you on your way through the beautiful Altafossa Valley. The comfortable walk, framed by a very beautiful mountain backdrop, is the ideal start into a Nordic walking routine.
Hühnerspiel Trail - Maranza
After the way turn in the direction of Moser Hut you walk past Hühnerspiel, named after the mating place of wood grouses, which fight for the attention of the cock. The demanding return trail leads through Loben forest back to the point of departure.
