Booking
Please confirm your booking in writing by mail or fax. You will then receive a booking confirmation. Please note that the booking of the apartment is guaranteed only after receipt of the deposit of € 500 per apartment (free of charge for the receiver). Cancellation
Guests are liable if they do not make use of the booked apartment/room or if they do not use it to the full extent (cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure). By law the ordering party remains liable for paying the rate of the agreed arrangement regardless of the reason for not making use of the booking. This is not a claim for compensation, but a requirement for fulfilment. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
- If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, but will remain valid for 1 year.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 80% of the arrangement booked will be charged.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure the full amount for the period booked will be charged.
Cancellations are inconvenient for all parties involved. It is a pity if apartments stay empty, when other guests would have liked to have come. On the other hand, unforeseen things can always happen. We therefore recommend purchasing our
Travel Cancellation Insurance.
Animals
Animals have no access to the pool area, the dining room, the lounge rooms, or the playground.
Arrival & Departure
Please vacate the apartments by 9 a.m. on the day of arrival. The remaining facilities can however be used until 12 p.m. The apartments are at your disposal from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Bill
Due to organisational reasons we request that the bill is cleared 4 days after arrival. We prefer cash payments.
Methods of payment
We prefer payment in cash or with EC card. You can of course also pay with VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept AMEX and Diners.
Apartment number
We are not able to confirm a certain apartment or floor level. We will however always try to meet your requests.
No-smoking house
We are a non-smoking residence. You can smoke on the balconies and outdoors.
