- use of the indoor pool with Jacuzzi (open from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.)
- use of the recreation area with Finnish sauna (open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.), infrared cabin (open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and solarium (for a fee)

- in winter: You can avoid the stress of going to the ski rental shop with your children; we arrange for the children's ski equipment to be delivered to the house. Simply tell us what you need – we look after the rest.
- in winter: A ski instructor from the Ski and Snowboard School Gitschberg comes to our house every Saturday to explain which courses are on offer. You can book the desired course directly and also pay for the course in cash.
