The Familotel association wants to offer safe holidays to you and your children. A seal of safety and quality has therefore been introduced. The TÜV seal guarantees child-friendly facilities, a family-friendly service, ideal equipment and continuous quality checks and development of standards – to avoid unpleasant surprises during your holidays.

Familotel – certified quality:

	TÜV SEAL "OK FOR KIDS" The German Children's Protection Association (DKSB) and the TÜV NORD award child-friendly services and products with the "OK FOR KIDS" quality seal. 	SWISS Q The Swiss seal of quality for tourism was the first international quality programme to be acknowledged throughout Europe since 2007. The concept is divided into three levels: Level 1 concentrates on the service quality, level 2 includes management qualities and level 3 requires a comprehensive quality assurance system.
	SERVICE QUALITY GERMANY Currently 15 German federal states stand behind the "ServiceQualität Deutschland" symbol. The three-level internal quality management system strives to guarantee the service quality and to stimulate the cooperation between different sectors.
